Annual Audit of Cordaid Afghanistan for the year 2013 and 2014
Audit of SEHAT Projects financed und BPHS implementing contracts supported by the European Union (EU), the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) and World Bank through Cordaid.
The main objectives of our audit planning are:
- To identify the opportunities for improvement of the organizations’ internal control system, making appropriate recommendations emerging from the audit findings to guide evidence based management decisions, in additions risk identification and proposing risk mitigating solutions.
- To ascertain/discover the reliability of the consultant organizations’ accounting system and ensuring that proper accounting system are in place and are followed up.
- To check Procurement aspect of the contract, GMP, quality and expiry status of the drug purchased/dispensed by the implementing partners as well as human resources aspect of the contracts.
