SAARC Development Fund (SDF) has engaged KPMG (Registered), Gurgaon, India to undertake evaluation of a project across some SAARC countries including Afghanistan. For this purpose Dynamic Vision is responsible for data collection from implementation agencies, project stakeholders, community beneficiaries and other stakeholders for the selected project in Afghanistan. The project is titled ‘Strengthening mother and child health’ and is being implemented across multiple province in the country. The project would require travel within Afghanistan to selected districts. The survey data collection will take place in the following provinces; Kabul Hospital 4, Laghman, Parwan, Wardak, Helmand, Kunduz (Imam Sahib).
