Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) is an independent and autonomous company established under The Corporations and Limited Liabilities Law of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (IROA). DABS operates and manages electric power generation, import, transmission, and distribution throughout Afghanistan on a commercial basis.

DV has collected the data, pictures and maps for the content of the web portal, redesigned the web portal, developed the Dari version of it, designed the maintenance plan for the AEIC and provided the capacity building training for the staff in order to effectively implement the plans.
