a) Responsibilities of the Contractor

• The consultant will prepare project completion report following the outline presented in IFAD project completion review guideline.
• Enter the collected data into the final report
• Analyze data and prepare draft report
• Share draft report with DCA-VET colleagues for their comments
• Incorporate comments in the report and share final report  
  b) Responsibilities of DCA-VET
• The consultant will be fully assisted by the DCA/RMLSP team in provision of all the Veterinary services project relevant documents such as:
• Progress report ( Annual and Semi Annual)
• AWPB and Log frames
• Annual outcome report survey report
• KAP survey report
• Monthly data
• Impact Assessment report
• Provide comments on the draft report
