Issuance of Certification

1. “Certificate of Cold Commissioning” —the certificate to be issued by the Independent Engineer to the Dynasty stating that, in the professional opinion of the Independent Engineer, the Facility has successfully completed the Cold Commissioning Tests.
2. After the successful completion of the Cold Commissioning Tests for the Facility, the Independent Engineer shall issue a Certificate of Cold Commissioning for the Facility at each successful Cold Commissioning Stage to Dynasty for acceptance.
3. “Certificate of Readiness for Synchronization” – The certificate to be issued by the Independent Engineer to the Dynasty stating that the Facility is ready for and capable of synchronization with the Grid System.
4. After the successful completion of the all the Tests for the Facility by Dynasty, the Dynasty shall certify to Independent Engineer that all the commissioning test have been successfully completed, following that the Engineer shall issue a Certificate of Readiness for Synchronization to Dynas “Certificate of Commissioning of the Interconnection Facilities”
5. After receiving the Certificate of Readiness for Synchronization, the DABS shall energize the Interconnection Facilities, where after the Dynasty shall energize the Interconnection Facilities and perform the following additional tests: operation and interlocking checks; and MV panel tests.
6. Upon successful completion of the tests by Dynasty, the Independent Engineer will issue a certificate stating that the commissioning of the Dynasty’s Interconnection Facilities has been completed.
   “Certificate of Hot Commissioning (Certificate of Facility Commissioning)”

After the successful completion of the final Hot Commissioning Tests for the Facility, the Independent Engineer shall issue a Certificate of Hot Commissioning (Certificate of Facility Commissioning)
