ISK is operated as a joint project of USAID, Oasis International School, and the Afghan government. The ISK project delivers a U.S.-accredited, English Language, K-12 college preparatory program to Afghan students and students from the international aid, international business and diplomatic communities. On behalf of USAID Afghanistan Mission DV has conducted the financial audit of the ISK project.
